Step 1:
  • Step number one:
  • John emailed us his resume in response to one of our
    open positions in the Jobs Index here on our website.
    His resume was given to one of our recruiters.   
Step 2:
  • Three days later:
  • We gave John a call to discuss his background and to
    get a better idea of what he was seeking in a new position.
    His criteria matched a position that was open at a major
    International Bank. Our recruiter gave John a description of the
    job and he gave us the go-ahead to send his resume in.
    The same day we received a call back from the human
    resources manager stating that they would like to see John.
Step 3:
  • Three days after that:
  • The first interview. John spent about 2 hours of his time with
    members of the division that needed his help and the superiors he
    would soon work for. Sensing that John was the right individual for
    the job, he was asked back for a second interview.
Step 4:
  • Another twelve days and,
  • John went back into the company to meet with Senior Managers for
    final approval.
     
Step 5:
  • One week later:
  • We receive a fax from the company that John interviewed with.......it's an offer letter! Our recruiter
    gives John a call with the good news, and he is more than ready to accept.
Step 6:
  • Finally, two weeks later:
  • John calls us from his new office to thank our recruiters for all their hard work and time invested.
